No Holds Barred Elimination Match: Evolution vs. The Shield

Rumors say that Batista will be taking time off, but until something else it put in place, I'm going to believe that we'll see a rematch between these two teams. Evolution will be looking for vengeance since they lost, and this could end up being another gimmick match of sorts.
PREDICTION: Evolution wins.

Last Man Standing Match: John Cena vs. Bray Wyatt

Here is where Cena gets the rubber match victory, even though he looked strong at Extreme Rules as well. He doesn't lose these Last Man Standing matches and it would seem odd if he did this time. Naturally, I'm hoping that that's not the case, and Bray Wyatt does defeat him, but that's a lost cause, I feel. Last Man Standing matches are either really fun or they're boring as all hell, so this could go either way.

PREDICTION: Cena wins.

Intercontinental Championship: Bad News Barrett (c) vs. Rob Van Dam

RVD won the Beat the Clock challenge. He'll lose here and I'll be happy about that. This could actually be a pretty decent match, despite how I'm not too big on RVD. Oddly enough, I have faith in it being entertaining.

PREDICTION: Bad News Barrett retains.

United States Championship Cesaro vs Sheamus Payback 2014 Event
United States Championship: Sheamus (c) vs. Cesaro

I don't quite get why WWE bothered to do the RVD feud so quickly and abandon it like that instead of simply having Cesaro face Jack Swagger and not include RVD to begin with. However, that's done and over with and Cesaro is now facing Sheamus for the United States Championship. He'll lose, which sucks for Cesaro fans out there, but he'll be made to look strong nonetheless. Sheamus will probably get a Brogue Kick out of nowhere at the end of a brawl. What's interesting is whether or not this feud will continue or be dropped like the RVD one. Money in the Bank is only going to have the one ladder match, so they can't include 20 different people in those 2 matches like before. Some people are going to have to sit out. With the WWE title up in the air, could Sheamus and Cesaro be two people that aren't involved? They seem to be prime candidates to include in the MITB match, but they don't have to be in it. They could just as easily continue this singles feud for the US title instead.

PREDICTION: Sheamus retains.

Divas Championship: Paige (c) vs. Alicia Fox

It looks like they're doing something with Alicia Fox, so why not just feed her to Paige for a standard bathroom break? If not Alicia, then I can see it being Natalya, though I think they'll use her further down the line (SummerSlam?)

PREDICTION: Paige wins

El Torito unmasked Hornswoggle hair shaved Dylan Postl bald
Pre-Show Kickoff Mask vs. Hair Match: El Torito vs. Hornswoggle

Most likely, this will suck. But hey, maybe they'll prove me wrong like they did last month, right? At the very least, it will be interesting to see what Dylan looks like bald.

PREDICTION: El Torito wins.

Rusev vs. Big E

I'm really surprised that this match is happening instead of one of the two matches below. Unfortunately, that is because I don't think this will be worth a damn. This is probably just going to be a glorified squash match with Big E getting more offense than anyone else has, but still not getting far. Rusev will continue to be as bland as he's been since his debut and we'll have no real advancement in his character—just more of a downside to Big E's career.

PREDICTION: Rusev wins.

PREDICTED MATCHES

Let's take a look at some of the potential matches that seem as though WWE will be adding...

Tag Team Championship: The Usos (c) vs. The Wyatt Family (Luke Harper & Erick Rowan)

The Usos didn't get a match at Extreme Rules, but they could here. If they do, it will definitely be for the tag team titles and I could see The Wyatt Family coming out on top.

PREDICTION: Harper and Rowan win the titles.

Adam Rose vs. Jack Swagger

They've built up to a match between these two, but now that the card has had some more things added to it, it probably won't be happening here. It still has potential to happen, though.

PREDICTION: Adam Rose wins.
